Each custom ceramic product is handmade, which means slight imperfections such as small bubbles, minor cracks, or seam lines may occur. We do our best to refine and minimize these, but traces of craftsmanship are inevitable.
2. Handle with Care:
Avoid using sharp objects, dishwashers, or microwaves with excessive heat to prevent damage to delicate features like ears, tails, or other pet details. Please treat your mug with love!
3. Satisfaction Guaranteed:
We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. To ensure the best experience, please record an unboxing video upon receiving your order. If any quality issues are found, we will be happy to address them and provide a solution. However, as these are custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

2. Shipping Time:
Once your product is ready, shipping times will vary based on your location:
o Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days.
o International Orders: 10–20 business days.

While we strive to deliver your product on time, please note that shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather conditions) may occur. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
